Place:Minneapolis
Publisher:Fortress
Pages:xxii, 237 p.

Title:1 Corinthians
Place:Wilmington, Delaware
Publisher:Michael Glazier
Pages:xiv, 161 p.
Abstract:The author packs in an amazing amount of information directly related to the translation of this letter. Translators will find some of his suggestions stimulating and provocative, such as on 6.12-20; 7.10-11; and 11.2-16. The RSV text is printed and followed by sound but brief commentary directed to a wide audience, with emphasis on the theological meaning of the text. [Roger L. Omanson, TBT 41:127] (New Testament Message 10)
